this week i picked up my first share [well, half share] of raw goat’s milk. i got to meet the family that owns and cares for the goats, sample milk from each of the goats [each goat’s milk has its own taste - you can really tell the difference!] and try cheeses that the family makes from the fresh milk. my half gallon was milked the morning i went to pick it up and it tastes amazing. i can’t wait to start making my own cheese!!
